For as long as I can remember, I have been the person that others came to with their problems, their confidences, and requests for perspective. In school, I could usually be found in the cafeteria, lending an ear and often a shoulder to some friend in need. Later in life, friends and business associates often reflected that I naturally brought valuable listening, insight and mentoring to my interactions; so I finally took this feedback to heart and completed the coursework necessary to become a Life Coach.
And I love it.

A life-long student of personal growth, development and spiritual
study, I have completed coursework in Landmark Education, Non-Violent Communication, Byron Katie’s “The Work”, Matrix Leadership Institute, Allison Armstrong’s Understanding Men/Celebrating Women Programs, Muir’s Tantra Training and Courageous Leadership work. I am a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, creators of the first ICF (International Coaches Federation) accredited coach training program and developer of the most widely used text book in coaching.

My core value is freedom. The kind of freedom that comes with self-acceptance and being ok with what is, instead of endlessly striving to fix something that really wasn’t broken to begin with. I’m excited about helping people discover their personal power. A power that has us see that we choose our lives and recognize that everything - EVERYTHING - serves our growth and awakening. I am passionate about relationship and I advocate transparency, vulnerability & authenticity as a path to creating deep, profound connections. I bring these values to my coaching practice in service of my clients, myself and the world.
